Rear Seat Recliner Replacement (Rear No. 2)

Preliminary Procedures 
  1. Remove the rear seat. Refer to REAR NUMBER 2 SEAT REPLACEMENT .
  2. Remove the rear seat head restraint. Refer to REAR SEAT NUMBER 2 HEAD RESTRAINT REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the rear seat head restraint guides. Refer to REAR SEAT NUMBER 2 HEAD RESTRAINT GUIDE REPLACEMENT .
  4. Remove the rear seat back recliner handle. Refer to REAR SEAT RECLINER HANDLE REPLACEMENT (REAR NO. 2)  and REAR SEAT RECLINER HANDLE REPLACEMENT (REAR NO. 1) .
1 Rear Seat No. 2 Back Cover and Pad
Refer to REAR SEAT NUMBER 2 BACK CUSHION COVER AND PAD REPLACEMENT 
2 Rear Seat No. 2 Cushion Cover and Pad
Refer to REAR SEAT NUMBER 2 CUSHION COVER AND PAD REPLACEMENT .
3 Rear Seat No. 2 Back Frame Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Tightening torque 
N.m (18 l ft) 
4 Rear Seat No. 2 Back Pivot Bolt
Tightening torque 
2 N.m (18 lb ft) 
5 Rear Seat No. 2 Back Frame
6 Rear Seat Back No. 2 Recliner Nut (Qty: 4)
7 Rear Seat Back No. 2 Outer Recliner
8 Rear Seat Back No. 2 Inner Pivot
