Key Cylinder Installation

Set the ignition key to ACC position.
Install the key cylinder by pushing it into the key cylinder housing.

Install the steering column jacket assembly securing bolts and nuts.
Tighten

Tighten the steering column jacket assembly securing bolts and nuts to 22 N.m (16 lb-ft).

Install the instrument cluster trim panel. Refer to "INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TRIM PANEL INSTALLATION ".
Install the instrument panel under cover. Refer to "INSTRUMENT PANEL INSTALLATION ".
Install the knee bolster. Refer to "DRIVER'S SIDE KNEE BOLSTER INSTALLATION ".

Install the audio system trim plate. Refer to "INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TRIM PANEL INSTALLATION ".

Install the upper and the lower steering column cover panel.
Tighten

Tighten the upper and the lower steering column cover panel screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb-in).
Connect the negative battery cable.
