SERVICE INFORMATION

2009 -2012 Routan - WIN Module Identification

Before ordering or replacing the vehicle WIN module the following should be verified:

Does the vehicle currently have a remote start system?
Was the vehicle involved in RVU 28G3, and has the win module update been performed?
Use the WIN module chart in Fig 1 to properly identify the VW part number needed.
Using the StarMOBILE scan tool, identify the WIN module Chrysler part number.
Match Chrysler part number to VW part number on the table below.

NOTE: If the suggested part is superseded in Parts On Command, order the latest supersession.

NOTE: *For MY 2010 vehicles. If RVU 28G3 campaign is still open and has not been performed DO NOT use 7B0-907-335-K or 7B0-907-335-L to replace the WIN module. Refer to RVU 28G3 repair bulletin in Elsa Web.
