Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview

WARNING:

There is a danger of ice-up.

Refrigerant leaks out if refrigerant circuit is not discharged.

Refrigerant must be extracted before opening the refrigerant circuit. If refrigerant circuit is not opened within 10 minutes of extraction, pressure may form in refrigerant circuit due to evaporation. Extract refrigerant once more.

  1. Fluid Reservoir With Dryer Cartridge 
  2. A/C Compressor 
  3. Condenser 
    • Removing and installing, refer to CONDENSER .
  4. High Pressure Sensor -G65- 
  5. Bracket 
  6. Evacuating and Charging Valve 
    • High pressure side.
    • Environmentally hazardous draining of refrigerant is an offense punishable by law.
    • Capacities, refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
  7. Retainer 
  8. Evacuating and Charging Valve 
    • Low pressure side.
    • Environmentally hazardous draining of refrigerant is an offense punishable by law.
    • Capacities, refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
  9. Expansion Valve 
  10. Hex Head Nut 
    • 20 Nm
  11. Bracket
