DTC 65535: CLIMATRONIC Control Module (CCM) Malfunction

- Check power supply connections to CCM. Check ground distribution to CCM. Correct any problems found and go to step 6 . See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If no problem was found, go to next step.
- Test sunlight photo sensor. See READING MEASURING VALUE BLOCK . Repair wiring circuit or replace faulty sensor and go to step 6 . If sunlight photo sensor is okay, go to next step.
- Test temperature regulator flap motor position sensor. See READING MEASURING VALUE BLOCK . Repair wiring circuit or replace faulty sensor and go to step 6 . If regulator flap position sensor is okay, go to next step.
- Test central flap motor position sensor. See READING MEASURING VALUE BLOCK . Repair wiring circuit or replace faulty sensor and go to step 6 . If central flap motor is okay, go to next step.
- Test footwell/defrost flap motor position sensor. Repair faulty circuit or replace faulty sensor. If footwell/defrost flap motor position sensor is okay, go to next step.
- Clear DTC memory. See CLEARING TROUBLE CODES under SELF-DIAGNOSTICS. Check for any trouble codes. See RETRIEVING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES under SELF-DIAGNOSTICS. If DTC still exists, replace A/C control module. See A/C-HEATER CONTROL HEAD/CLIMATRONIC CONTROL MODULE (CCM) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If DTC does not exist, system is okay at this time.
