HVAC Unit Removal and Installation: Installation

Install HVAC unit by reversing removal procedure, noting the following items.
- When installing each part, be careful not to catch any wiring harness.
- Replenish compressor with specified amount of compressor oil from suction side referring to PRECAUTIONS ON REPLENISHING COMPRESSOR OIL .
- Install padding (1) to installation hole uniformly.

- Fill radiator with engine coolant.
- Enable air bag system referring to ENABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM :Advanced Air Bag or ENABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM :Except Advanced Air Bag .
- Evacuate and charge system. Refer to OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR CHARGING A/C WITH REFRIGERANT .
