Preliminary Procedure Recover the refrigerant. Refer to REFRIGERANT RECOVERY AND RECHARGING . Remove the fascia support bracket. Refer to FRONT BUMPER FASCIA UPPER SUPPORT REPLACEMENT . Remove the upper radiator support. Refer to RADIATOR REPLACEMENT . Lift and support the radiator to aid in the compressor removal. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) hose assembly for the compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR HOSE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT . Remove the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT . Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
1	A/C Compressor Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tip: Mandatory torque sequence is required upon installation. Refer to the circled bolt sequence in graphic. Tightening torque 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2	A/C Compressor Procedure Disconnect all electrical connections.
