Preliminary Procedure Recover the refrigerant. Refer to REFRIGERANT RECOVERY AND RECHARGING . Remove the cooling fan and shroud. Refer to COOLING FAN AND SHROUD REPLACEMENT Disconnect the high pressure switch electrical connector.
1	Compressor Hose Assembly Nut (Qty: 2). CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tightening torque 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
2	A/C Compressor Assembly Hose Procedure Remove and discard the sealing washer. Refer to SEALING WASHER REPLACEMENT .
