Preliminary Procedure  Remove the rear seat back filler panel. Refer to REAR SEAT BACK FILLER PANEL REPLACEMENT .
1	Rear Seat Center Head Restraint Procedure  Push the button in and raise the head restraint to the full-up position. Insert a small round tool into the guide hole Pull up to remove the head restraint.
2	Rear Seat Center Head Restraint Guides Procedure  Disconnect the seat back cover j-channel from the seat back frame. Loosen the bottom of the seat back cover enough to reach up to access the head restraint guides. Squeeze the bottom of the guides together and push upward to remove.
