Heating Mat Removal
WARNING:
If the seat cushion or seatback foam is damaged when you remove the heater element, replace the seat cushion or seatback in order to prevent personal injury.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the airbag and heating mat wiring harness.
- Remove the seatback and/or cushion. Refer to "FRONT SEATBACK REMOVAL ", "FRONT SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL ".
- Remove the hog rings from the seatback and/or cushion.
- Remove the seat cover from the seatback and/or the cushion.
- Peel the heating mat off of the cushion.
