Heater and Cooling Unit Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure to install heater and cooling unit noting the following instructions.

When installing each part, be careful not to catch any cable or wiring harness.
Fill engine coolant to radiator.
Replenish specified amount of compressor oil to compressor suction side by referring to Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charging .
Evacuate and charge refrigerant by referring to Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charging .
Adjust air outlet control cable and temperature control cable by referring to HEATER CONTROLLER INSPECTION .
