Modification notes

	Risk of burn injuries,  suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. 	Remove/install
1	Remove AdBlue® line and electrical connecto of the AdBlue® metering valve.	Do not remove AdBlue® metering valve from the SCR catalytic converter (1).	AR49.20-D-2000TSR
2	Remove NOx sensor with control unit downstream of SCR catalytic converter (1) from SCR catalytic converter (1).		AR49.20-D-2062TSV
3	Remove soot particulate sensor downstream of SCR catalytic converter (1) from SCR catalytic converter (1).		AR07.04-D-0017TSV
4	Remove tailpipe (5).	If installed.

5	Remove clamp (3).	: Check clamp (3). Clamp, diesel particulate filter to SCR catalytic converter Depending on the findings, ↓ Replace clamp (3).	*BA49.20-N-1003-02TSR
6	Remove SCR catalytic converter (1).	Aid of helper required. To do this, remove decoupling elements (2) from SCR catalytic converter (1). : Check decoupling elements (2) for damage. Depending on the findings, ↓ replace damaged decoupling elements (2).
7	Install new AdBlue® metering valve.	If a new SCR catalytic converter (1) is installed.	AR49.20-D-2000TSR
8	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Perform engine test run and check exhaust system for leaks in area of SCR catalytic converter (1).	Visual inspection only.
