Open Circuit Check

1. Turn off the ignition switch.
2. Disconnect the ECM (PCM) and FATC controller connector.
3. Measure resistance between P-CAN HIGH terminal (LOW terminal) of the HVAC Control Module harness connector and PCAN HIGH terminal (LOW terminal) of the PCM (ECM) harness connector.

   Specification  : Approx. below 1Ω

4. Is the measured value within specifications?

YES 

• If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace HVAC Control Module and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

NO 

• Repair the connector. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
