Replacing the Lambda Sond Control Unit on B28F 1981
A new control unit was introduced on 1982, B28F engines. The new unit supercedes the earlier type used on B28F, 1981-1982.
B28F, 1981 California Versions
New and early type of control units are interchangeable.
B28F, 1981 Federal and Canadian Versions
Install a jumper wire between connectors 26 and 31. The parts required are 8Omm (3.2 inch) of wire, O.75mm (.030 inch) diameter - 14 gauge. Also two connectors, P/N 946640-0.
