Non-damaged windshield

-- Refer to UNDAMAGED WINDOW GLASS, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

Continuation for all vehicles

New windshield

-- Refer to NEW WINDOW GLASS, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

Continuation for all vehicles

-- Refer to BODY FLANGE, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

-- Pay attention and refer to INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

-- Pay attention and refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

-- Apply window adhesive to the windshield all around. Refer to INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

Dimensions for bead diameter:

• Height = 10 mm ± 1 mm
• Width = 6.5 mm ± 0.5 mm

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Check the gap dimensions with Gauge - Gap Adjustment :3371  at the same time pay attention to the Front gap dimensions .
