SUBFRAME Retaining Bracket, Replacing: Installing: Welding

NOTE:

The straight line weld points must be as far as possible from the outer edge of the weld flange for strength.

-- Fit the new part to the vehicle resting on the Alignment Bracket Set and secure.

-- Check the fit with attachments.

-- Weld the new parts one after the other using the straight-line spot weld seam, gas-shielded arc plug weld seam, and gas-shielded arc continuous weld seam.
