Right Bracket, Replacing: Installing: Welding

NOTE:

The straight line weld points must be as far as possible from the outer edge of the weld flange for strength.

-- Fit the new part to the vehicle resting on the Alignment Bracket Set and secure.

-- Check the fit with attachments.

-- Weld the right bracket -2- using a straight-line spot weld seam, gas-shielded arc plug weld seam.

-- Weld in the inner and outer area -1- with a gas-shielded arc plug weld seam.
