Control Module For ABSJ104/Hydraulic Unit For ABSN55, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

The hydraulic unit is prefilled. Only remove the plugs on the hydraulic unit if the corresponding brake line is installed, so that sufficient filling and bleeding is guaranteed.
When installing the hydraulic unit, make sure the rubber bushing is not pushed out of the bracket

-- Position the brake lines using the Wrench - Assembly Tool: VAG1410/8 in sequence -1 to 6-.

-- Tighten the brake lines in the sequence -1 to 6-.

-- Remove the Brake Pedal Actuator: VAG1869/2 .

-- Refer to Hydraulic System, Bleeding .

If the ABS Control Module -J104- was Replaced, then the Test Plan for Replacing the Control Module must be Completed.

-- Complete the "Control module, replacing" function with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .
