- Windshield
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WINDSHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Spacer
- PUR Adhesive Sealant
- Bead diameter including precoating, residual material on the window glass and window glass flange
Dimension -a- = 7 mm
Dimension -b- = 10 mm
- Minimum Curing Time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
- Beginning and end of the adhesive bead at -arrow A-
- Bead diameter including precoating, residual material on the window glass and window glass flange
- Body Flange
- Prepare the body flange for installation. Refer to BODY FLANGE, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .
- Gap Dimension
- Refer to appropriate service information

- Insert when attaching the windshield during the minimum curing time -direction of the arrow-
- Remove when installing the plenum chamber cover
