"Installation of the Digital Owner's Manual - please switch on the ignition, so that the vehicle can connect to the internet."

• Switch the ignition on.
• Proceed with >>If Yes<<, refer to If Yes 

"Installation of the Digital Owner's Manual - please change to online mode in order to establish an internet connection."

• >>Deactivate Offline-Mode<<
• Proceed with >>If Yes<<, refer to If Yes 

"No internet connection for Digital Owner's Manual please establish an internet connection"

• Move the vehicle to a location in which an internet connection is possible.
• Proceed with >>If Yes<<, refer to If Yes 

"Installation of the Digital Owner's Manual canceled - please try again later"

• Switch off the vehicle and wait approximately 5 minutes. Restart the procedure. Refer to Procedure .

"Installation of the Digital Owner's Manual canceled - please contact the toll-free hotline"

• Create a DISS query for this.

If none of the listed error codes is displayed:

• 1. Open the help application.
• 2. Select the Owner's Manual button in the tab bar in the help application.
• 3. Is the Digital Owner's Manual application opened and is the homescreen with its tiles?
• 4. If yes, end procedure.
• 5. If the error message is displayed: "Digital Owner's Manual could not be started?"
• 6. If yes: turn off the vehicle and wait approximately 5 minutes. Restart the procedure. Refer to Procedure .
