Mounting Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the Driver Door Lock Unit -VX21- / Front Passenger Door Lock Unit -VX22-. Refer to Driver/Front Passenger Door Lock Unit VX21/VX22, Removing and Installing  .

-- Remove the Driver Exterior Door Handle -EX6- / Front Passenger Exterior Door Handle -EX7-. Refer to Driver/Front Passenger Exterior Door Handle EX6/EX7, Removing and Installing  .

-- Remove the wire from the guides -2-.

-- Push the mounting bracket -3- all the way in the -direction of the arrow A- and remove it in the -direction of the arrow B-.

-- Pivot the release cable -4- in the -direction of arrow A-.

-- Disengage the release cable -4- in the -direction of the arrow B-.
