Threaded Pins, Replacing

Replacing the weld screws, threaded pins, and weld pins with cap nut is described as an example.

Apply the procedures the same way for all types.

-- Transfer the installation position of the threaded pins from the used part or mark using for example the ground cable location -arrow-.

-- Weld the threaded pins with two opposite weld seams -1- with a Gas-Shielded Welder using a gas-shielded arc continuous weld seam.

To ensure sufficient electrical conductivity, the length of the weld seams on the threaded pin must be at least 12 mm on each side.

-- Clean the contact surface on the threaded pin after completing the welding work.
