Operation/Changing The Milling Cutter

Only install clean tools!

-- Before installing the Machine Attachment -1-, clean and shavings from the thread. This is necessary to guarantee that the threads are not damaged.

Installing the Tool:

-- Loosen/tighten the threaded pin at the spindle using the pin wrench -1-. Perform a test run for a minimum of 30 seconds without load.

Changing the Milling Cutter

-- Remove the machine attachment including the nut -1- from the machine -2-.

-- Remove the machine attachment with the nut -1- from the machine -2-.

-- Open the mount using the 2.5 mm pin wrench -1-.

-- Remove the milling cutter -1-.

-- To tension, align the surface of the milling cutter in direction of the threaded pin.

Only in this position -A- the milling cutter -1- can be pushed all the way into the mount, because in the inside -C- of the mount the milling cutter is positioned by a threaded pin -B-.

-- Insert a new milling cutter into the milling tool -2-. Push the milling cutter -1- in all the way.

-- Tighten the threaded pin using the 2.5 mm pin wrench -1- to secure the milling cutter in the milling tool -2-.

-- Attach the machine attachment by hand.
