Lock Cylinder, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the door handle. Refer to Exterior Door Handle, Removing and Installing  .

-- Pry out the cap -5-.

-- Remove the bolt -4- by approximately 6 turns.

-- Press the bolt -4- with locking mechanism -3- in the -direction of arrow A- until the lock cylinder -1- is released.

-- Remove the lock cylinder -1- in -direction of the arrow B- from the mounting bracket -2-.
