- There are different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA) for the allocation.
- Protect catalytic converter from shocks and impact stress
- Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Screw-Type Clamp
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Turbocharger

- Replace if damaged. Refer to FRONT CATALYTIC CONVERTER/EXHAUST PIPE BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Replace if damaged
-- Install the screw-type clamp in the shown position. The threaded connection must have equal distance to the other components.
- Angle -α- = 30°.
-- Tighten the threaded connections in steps in the sequence shown:

| 1. | Screw-type clamp -1- | Position above the sealing flange, align (refer to Fig 2) and tighten with 5 Nm. |
| 2. | Bolt -2- | Tighten with 2 Nm and immediately loosen by a 90° turn |
| 3. | Screw-type clamp -1- | Tighten to 15 Nm. |
| 4. | Bolt -2- | Tighten to 20 Nm |
