1. Catalytic Converter
   • There are different versions. Refer to the parts information for the allocation.
   • Protect catalytic converter from shocks and impact stress
   • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Screw-Type Clamp
   • Replace after removing
   • Installation position. Refer to Fig 1.
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
3. Seal
   • Replace after removing
4. Turbocharger
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER .
5. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
6. Bracket
   • There are different versions. Refer to the parts information for the allocation.
   • Replace if damaged. Refer to FRONT CATALYTIC CONVERTER/EXHAUST PIPE BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Bolt
   • Quantity: 2
   • 20 Nm
8. Bracket
9. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
10. Retaining Loop
    • Replace if damaged

-- Install the screw-type clamp in the shown position. The threaded connection must have equal distance to the other components.

• Angle -α- = 30°.
