Infotainment System Display, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off all electrical equipment.

-- Switch off the ignition.

-- Place the vehicle key outside of the passenger compartment.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the component surfaces.

- Tape off the visible area of the component with commercially available tape, before using a levering tool.

-- Remove the Infotainment display system -1-. Refer to INFOTAINMENT DISPLAY COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1- and -3-.

-- Move the Front Information Display Control Head -J685- -item 2- forward -A arrows- over the guides -4- and remove it upward -B arrows-.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors.
