ATF Circuit, Bleeding
-- Checking and filling the ATF level are described. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING .
-- Perform road test and at the same time the ATF temperature must reach at least 90 °C (194 °F) to bleed the ATF circuit.
When the air leaves the ATF circuit, the ATF level in the transmission decreases. Therefore, the ATF level must be checked again later after the fluid cools.
-- Let the ATF cool down to 30° C (86 °F).
-- Check the ATF level again. Refer to Checking .
