Knock Sensor 1 -G61-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the Engine Temperature Control Actuator -N493-. Refer to ENGINE TEMPERATURE CONTROL ACTUATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Free up the wire -1- for the Knock Sensor 1 -G61- to do so release the catch in the direction of -arrow- from the bracket -2-.

NOTE:

The Knock Sensor 1 -G61- is located below the intake manifold behind the coolant pump.

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and then the Knock Sensor 1 -G61-.
