Rear Window, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Prepare the undamaged glass window for installation. Refer to UNDAMAGED WINDOW GLASS, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

-- Prepare the new window glass for installation. Refer to NEW WINDOW GLASS, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

-- Prepare the body flange for installation. Refer to BODY FLANGE, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

-- Follow the installation instructions. Refer to INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

-- Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Set the gap dimensions of the rear window. Refer to BODY REAR

-- Secure the position of the rear window with commercially available cloth tape until the end of the drying time.
