Overview - Air Distribution Housing Doors And Separators

  1. Right Warm Air Door
    • From the heater core
    • Activated via the right cold air door
  2. Operating Lever
    • For door control
  3. Right Cold Air Door
    • From the evaporator
    • There are different versions.

      Electric-Manual A/C System

    • Activated together with the left cold air door shaft by the Temperature Control Door Motor -V68- via the left operating lever

      Climatronic:

    • Activated by the Right Temperature Control Door Motor -V159- via the right operating lever.
  4. Right Operating Lever for Thermostat Door
    • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
    • Equipped on some models
    • Activated by the Right Temperature Control Door Motor -V159-
  5. "Defrost" Door Operating Lever
    • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
    • For the windshield and door windows
    • Equipped on some models
    • Activated by the Defroster Door Motor -V107-
  6. "Defrost" Door Operating Lever
    • Only on vehicles with electric-manual climate control system.
    • For the windshield and door windows
    • Equipped on some models
    • Activated by the Air Distribution Door Motor -V428- via the defrost and air distribution adjuster
  7. Air Distribution Door Operating Lever

    Electric-Manual A/C System

    • Activated by the Air Distribution Door Motor -V428- via the defrost and air distribution adjuster

      Climatronic:

    • Activated by the Front Air Distribution Door Motor -V426- via the defrost and air distribution adjuster
  8. Left Operating Lever

    Electric-Manual A/C System

    • Activated by the Temperature Control Door Motor -V68-

      Climatronic:

    • Activated by the Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158-
  9. Left Cold Air Door
    • From the evaporator
    • There are different versions.

      Electric-Manual A/C System

    • Activated by the Temperature Control Door Motor -V68- via the left operating lever.

      Climatronic:

    • Activated by the Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158- via the left operating lever.
  10. Operating Lever
    • For door control
  11. Left Warm Air Door
    • From the heater core
    • Activated via the left cold air door

    • Equipped on some models

      Electric-Manual A/C System

    • The air duct channel is sealed with a plug
    • Depending on the manufacturer, not always present with the electric-manual climate control system (not necessary, since the air duct channel is sealed)

      Climatronic (Vehicle-Specific)

    • Rear Center Console Vent
  2. Operating Lever
    • For door control
    • Equipment versions with Climatronic
    • Not always present on electric-manual A/C system -1-.
  3. Left Door for Left Instrument Panel Vent
  4. Operating Lever
    • For operating the vent doors
    • Activated via the adjuster -item  3-
  5. Left Door for Center Instrument Panel Vent
  6. Right Door for Right Instrument Panel Vent
  7. Right Door for Center Instrument Panel Vent
