Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins, pay attention to the instructions. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Check the O-rings for damage and replace if necessary.

-- Insert the radiator in the lower mount. Engage the radiator and the cooler to each other. Pull to check that the lock is secure.

-- Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
