Center Console Switch Module 1 -Ex23- /Center Console Switch Module 2 -Ex30-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Move the ignition key outside of the vehicle to prevent switching on the ignition unintentionally.

-- Remove the shift cover upward from the center console. Refer to the appropriate service information or SELECTOR LEVER HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Lift the driver side switch module -1- or the front passenger side switch module -2- upward from the center console.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -1- from the switch module -2-.

-- Remove the driver side switch module or the front passenger side switch module.

If the driver side/front passenger side switch module cannot be removed as described, then:

-- Remove the center console insert. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE INSERT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the driver side/front passenger side switch module from the bottom of the center console insert.
