Procedure 

• The transmission is separated from the engine. Refer to ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, SEPARATING .

-- Engage the Lifting Support: 2024B  -A- on the engine and on the Shop Crane: VAS6100  -B- as shown.

-- To be aligned to the center of gravity of the assembly, the rails with holes must be inserted as shown on the mounting points >>2<< and >>7<<.

-- Secure the mounting hooks and pins on the lifting support using connector locks -arrows-.

-- Lower the engine from the Engine Support: T10497  using the Shop Crane: VAS6100  .

-- Secure the engine with the pins -arrows- on the Engine and Gearbox Bracket: VAS6095A  as shown.
