1. A/C Compressor
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .
2. Seal
   • Replace after removing
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Before installing, coat with refrigerant oil on a sponge.
3. High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINE FROM A/C COMPRESSOR TO CONDENSER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Bolt
   • 22 Nm
5. Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINE FROM EVAPORATOR TO A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Seal
   • Replace after removing
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Before installing, coat with refrigerant oil on a sponge.
7. Pressure Relief Valve
   • Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester Refer to PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE ON A/C COMPRESSOR, CHECKING .
8. A/C Clutch -N25- Connector
9. A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-
   • To check, use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding"  function. Refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram.
10. A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280- Connector
11. Bolt
    • Quantity: 3
    • 25 Nm
12. Belt Pulley with A/C Clutch -N25-
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Overview - Denso. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY, A/C Compressor -VX81- WITH A/C Clutch -N25-, DENSO .
    • Overview - Sanden. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY, A/C Compressor -VX81- WITH A/C Clutch -N25-, SANDEN .
13. Alignment Sleeve
    • Quantity: 2
14. Oil Drain Plug
    • If the oil drain plug is not a replacement part - do not remove the oil drain plug.
    • Only remove on an empty refrigerant circuit.
    • Replace the oil drain plug/seal after removal
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Denso A/C compressor 30 Nm
    • Mahle/Delphi A/C compressor 20 ± 1 Nm
    • Sanden A/C compressor 15 ± 1 Nm
