Undamaged Window Glass

-- Refer to UNDAMAGED WINDOW GLASS, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

New Window Glass

-- Refer to NEW WINDOW GLASS, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

Continuation for All Vehicles

-- Refer to BODY FLANGE, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .

-- Follow the INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR BONDED WINDOWS  .

-- Note the MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

-- Apply the window adhesive on the windshield all around. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

Dimensions for bead diameter:

• Height = 10 mm ± 1 mm
• Width = 6.5 mm ± 0.5 mm

Install in reverse order of removal.

-- Check the body gap dimensions using the Gauge - Gap Adjustment:3371  . Note the appropriate service information when doing this.

-- Perform the "Windshield, Removing and Installing" functions, using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .
