The belt pulley is sensitive to impact. Handle carefully.

Before replacing the belt pulley, check the overload protection and if necessary replace the A/C compressor that runs with resistance.

If the drive plate overload protection has deployed the belt pulley runs free, without the turning the A/C compressor with it.
