Center Console Insert, Removing And Installing: Removing
NOTE:
The removal and installation is described for the shift lever version.
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Loosen the gearshift knob. Refer to SHIFT MECHANISM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (0GC) or SHIFT MECHANISM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (02Q) .
-- Unclip the center console insert -1- beginning from the front on the driver side, using the Wedge Set: T10383 .
NOTE:
The center console insert -1- can only be unclipped from the center console by exerting a relatively high amount of force.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors.
-- Carefully remove the center console insert -1- moving over the shift lever.
