Line Routing And Securing

If loosening or removing and installing hydraulic lines, pneumatic lines or wires, draw sketches or take pictures. This assures the wires will be reconnected correctly.

There is a risk of damaging the lines.

The lines can be damaged by the moving or hot components.

-- Route the wires in the original cable guide.

-- Ensure sufficient clearance to moving or hot components.

-- Replace all cable ties, heat shield boots, clips and similar which had to be removed during the removal process. Install in the same position.
