Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Replace the seal.

-- Install the new, fuel delivery unit seal dry into the fuel tank opening.

-- Only coat the inside of the seal with fuel.

-- When installing be careful not to bend the fuel gauge sensor.

-- Pay attention to the installation position of the sealing flange. Refer to Figure.

-- Check that the connectors are securely engaged.
