SUBFRAME, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Pry out the caps -2-.

-- Lower the door window -3-. Refer to FRONT DOOR WINDOW, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Push the door window -3- upward and secure it with adhesive tape.

-- Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors.

-- Loosen the wiring harnesses.

-- Remove the sticker -5-.

-- Remove the bolts -4-.

-- Turn the clips -6- approximately 90° -arrow d-.

-- Remove the clips -6- lightly forward.

-- Guide the release cable with the grommet -8- carefully from the subframe -arrow a-.

-- Move the subframe -1- slightly upward -arrow b-.

-- Remove the subframe -1- at an angle downward out of the door -arrow c-.
