Digital Sound System Control Module -J525-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

If the Digital Sound System Control Module Is Replaced, Perform the Test Plan for Replacing the Control Module.

-- Perform the "control module, replacing" function using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

-- Left Luggage Compartment Side Trim Panel, Removing and Installing. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the wire and move it to the side.

-- Remove the bolts -2-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Pivot out the bracket -1- with the digital sound system control module.

-- Release the retainers -3- and unclip the digital sound system control module -2- in direction of -arrow A-.

-- Remove the digital sound system control module -2- in direction of -arrow B-.
