-- Evenly lift the outer window shaft strip -1- with the Wedge: T10039/1  -item 4- from the door flange -2- -a arrows-. Pay attention to not bend the outer window shaft strip -1-.

-- Pull the outer window shaft strip -1- out from behind the exterior rearview mirror -3- -arrow b-.
