Belt Pulley, Removing And Installing, SANDEN A/C Compressor: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

Vehicles with 2.0L TFSI Engine 

-- Loosen the clamps -1- and -2-.

-- Remove the air duct hose.

Continuation for all vehicles 

-- Remove the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the closure cap.

-- Hold the drive plate -3- with a commercially available pin wrench and remove the nut -1-.

-- Hold the drive plate -3- with a commercially available pin wrench and remove the bolts -2-.

-- Remove the drive plate -3-.

-- Remove the circlip -4-.

-- Remove the belt pulley -5-.
