Front Information Display Control Head -J685-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

If the display unit control module is replaced, perform the test plan for replacing the display unit control module.

-- Perform the "Display and control head control module, replacing" Function using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

-- Remove the instrument cluster trim. Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 3-.

-- Move the display unit control module -2- in direction of -arrow A- over the guides -4- and remove in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Disconnect the connectors.
