-- Remove the instrument panel. Refer to DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connectors -2-.

-- Release the catch -3- and remove the Heating and Air Conditioning Control Module -J979- -1- in the -direction of the arrow-.

-- Loosen the expanding rivets -5- and remove the bracket -4-.
