Component Location Overview - Components In Front Vehicle Interior

The following information refers to LHD vehicles. Information for RHD vehicles is the same.

1. Left Vent Temperature Sensor -G150-
   • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
   • An incorrectly installed vent temperature sensor causes flow-generated noise.
   • To check, use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the"Guided Fault Finding"  function. Refer to Wiring Diagram.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Left Vent Temperature Sensor -G150-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Driver Side Footwell Vent
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor -G192-
   • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
   • To check, use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the"Guided Fault Finding"  function. Refer to Wiring Diagram.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor -G192-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Front Air Distribution Door Motor -V426- or Air Distribution Door Motor -V428-
   • Component Location Overview. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FRONT ACTUATORS .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Front Air Distribution Door Motor -V426- WITH Air Distribution Door Motor Position Sensor -G642-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158- or Temperature Control Door Motor -V68-
   • Component Location Overview. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FRONT ACTUATORS .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158- WITH Left Temperature Control Door Motor Position Sensor -G220-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Center Vent Air Duct
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to CENTER VENT AIR DUCT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Air Duct for Defrost Air Vent
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to AIR DUCT FOR DEFROST AIR VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
8. Right Temperature Control Door Motor -V159-
   • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
   • Component Location Overview. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FRONT ACTUATORS .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Right Temperature Control Door Motor -V159- WITH Right Temperature Control Door Position Sensor -G221-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Defroster Door Motor -V107-
   • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
   • Component Location Overview. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FRONT ACTUATORS .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Defroster Door Motor .
10. Dust and Pollen Filter
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to DUST AND POLLEN FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Recirculation Door Motor -V113- or Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor -V425-
    • Component Location Overview. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FRONT ACTUATORS .
    • Recirculation Door Motor -V113-, Removing and Installing. Refer to Recirculation Door Motor -V113-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor -V425-, Removing and Installing. Refer to Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor -V425- WITH Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor Position Sensor -G644-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Right Vent Temperature Sensor -G151-
    • Only for vehicles with Climatronic.
    • An incorrectly installed vent temperature sensor causes flow-generated noise.
    • To check, use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the"Guided Fault Finding"  function. Refer to Wiring Diagram.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Right Vent Temperature Sensor -G151-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Fresh Air Blower -V2- with Fresh Air Blower Control Module -J126-
    • Fresh Air Blower -V2-, removing and installing. Refer to Fresh Air Blower -V2-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Fresh Air Blower Control Module -J126-, Removing and Installing. Refer to Fresh Air Blower Control Module -J126-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
14. Front Passenger Side Footwell Vent
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR .
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
15. Evaporator Temperature Sensor -G308-
    • To check, use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the"Guided Fault Finding"  function. Refer to Wiring Diagram.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Evaporator Temperature Sensor -G308-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
16. Condensation Water Drain Hose
    • Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester Refer to CONDENSATION WATER DRAIN, CHECKING .
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to CONDENSATION WATER DRAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
17. Rear Heater and A/C Unit
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HEATER AND A/C UNIT .
18. Evaporator
