Vehicle Interior Forced Air Extraction, Checking
NOTE:
The stale air escapes through the vent openings in the luggage compartment trim panels.
Do not cover the vent openings so that the ventilation can function correctly.
The vent frames are located in the rear side panels behind the bumper.
The ventilation can be checked through the luggage compartment.
Other fixtures may need to be removed.
-- Remove the side trim panels in the luggage compartment. Refer to OVERVIEW - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL .
-- The sealing lips in the vent frame on both sides of the vehicle must move freely and close by themselves.
