Engine Speed Sensor -G28-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the connector -1- from the Engine Speed Sensor -G28-.

-- Remove the screw -2- and remove the engine speed sensor -3- by gently rotating.

Installing:

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Replace the seals and coat them lightly with clean engine oil.

-- Do not tilt the engine speed sensor -3- when installing.

-- Install the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

Tightening specification:

Component	Tightening Specification
Speed sensor bolt	8 Nm
