Battery Tray, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the Battery -A-. Refer to BATTERY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - 2.0L or AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - 3.6L .

-- Remove the bracket -arrows- on the wiring harness -1- from the battery tray.

-- If equipped, release the catches -3- on the NOx Sensor Control Module -J583- -2- bracket and the remove the NOx Sensor Control Module - J583- -2- bracket upward from the battery tray.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
